  • Every submission is reviewed by a person before anything is published. Nothing goes live automatically.
  • Obtain releases for recognizable participants and location permission where appropriate.
  • For anyone under 18, written permission from a parent or legal guardian is required before filming or publication.
  • Do not submit copyrighted music, unauthorized sports footage, university trademarks, private information, or content promoting hazing, harassment, hate speech, dangerous challenges, illegal activity, academic cheating, or alcohol-centered content directed at underage students.
  • If a large video file cannot be uploaded, share a YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive link instead.
